Delivery Terms
We deliver your placed order within 4 business days to the address referring to Tamil Nadu state. For the addresses referring across PAN India, we deliver your placed order within 5 to 7 business days.
Q.1 How Do I Return?
To utilise the return service, you must provide your order number and contact details: Phone Number or Email Address.
Please follow the instructions duly provided and select the product you wish to return.
You will receive a confirmation email and the shipping guidelines once your return request is fittingly approved.
Q.2 What is the 10-Day Return Policy?
To avail use of the 10-day return policy, you must purchase the product ONLY from the website - https://happybear.co.in.
Also, customers have to provide an invoice for the same product.
Please note:
we will not accept a product return request if it exceeds 10 days from the delivery date. The products should be unused, they should not be defective and unwashed, with all original tags intact.
They should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of the original invoice. To initiate a return for defective or missing parts products, customers are required to record an unpacking video and submit it to us via WhatsApp or email.
This documentation helps ensure quality and clarity in processing your return.
To ensure that the quality of the product is adequately maintained, we request you kindly ensure that the product is perfectly packaged when you return it.
Q.3 What are Your Order Cancellation Rights?
You are rightly entitled to cancel orders before shipping without any questions asked. However, you can't cancel the order once it ships.
If your order has been shipped and you still wish to cancel it, you must promptly inform us by telephone or email about your decision.
You can also refuse the delivery.
We will initiate the refund for the prepaid order AFTER the product is returned to us.
Q.4 Are There Any Charges For Return?
There are no charges for return.
However, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Q.5 How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Upon receiving a return request for your product, our return team will inspect the returned product and will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be duly processed, and a credit will be automatically applied through the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Q.6 What are the non-returnable items in your store/catalogue?
Breast Pumps, Sipper and Bottles, Spoons and Nibblers, Cleaning Brushes, Fruit Feeders, Balancing cycles, Tricycle, Bike, Electrical Ride on, Wooden Products, Furniture, Car seats, and Potty Seats are non-returnable products.
